The following equipment comprises the Imaging Laboratory and is open to all users of I-TAC:

Optical Microscopy equipment

This includes:

• CARL Zeiss 63577 (Stepping stage)

Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) equipment

• *NEW* Hitachi Tabletop Microscope TM-3000.
  This compact tabletop microscope has an energy saving design. It requires no metal coating to observe non-conductive samples. It is easy to use and has a quick change facility. 15-30,000X magnification with 2x-4x digital zoom. Maximum sample size is 70mm diameter, maximum height 50mm.
