Sea2Sky Energy (link opens in a new window) is involved in the development and commercialisation of a technology to create carbon neutral Bio-Coal from forest waste and other residual non-food biomass feedstocks, using a process called torrefaction. The goal is to solve the global energy crisis, and provide a large-scale, renewable supply of fuel for utility power stations; combined heat and power, and district heating systems worldwide.
